A long narrow corner site facing to the south required a stretched out house to give sunny yard space rather than build over the whole site width. The resulting shapes are simple and strong. The 'thin' shape means each main room has glass on both sides giving an agreeable feel. Views from each room and privacy are main aims in this busy part of town and are well provided for.
