Detailing is meticulous and materials lavish in this award-winning renovation.   A three storey open atrium leads from the sauna and gym on the ground floor through the living level up to the private bedroom suite and sitting room with fantastic views to The Mount and Matakana Island.

Strong simple shapes and clean lines are tempered with the warmth of timber and softness of the curved roof.  A new large addition combines with remodelling the existing home to produce a unified and splendid whole.
