The clients brief was to provide 'a contemporary home that created something special'. The resulting design has very strong architectural forms.
Special features are the courtyard that continues through two-storeys and large glass areas to let in the natural light. This property also provides privacy whilst still having superb views all the way around.
This home has wonderful upper level living and an apartment and office down below - essentially two houses in one!
