This recently completed home has upper level living for openness and urban views near the coast. The dwelling combines fresh modern family living on a small site in an increasingly urban area.
This project is a useful example of the many modest sites being created in New Zealand's most desirable areas - we used new ideas to create a fabulous home on a tight budget and small site.
