This family home was designed to provide all the necessities for the owners busy lives. The dwelling has a complete range of spaces, interconnecting in interesting ways, despite the tight nature of the site.

Separate zones have been created: adult time-out on the top level, the middle level for daily interaction and a play area for everyone on the ground level.

Special features include the full-size outdoor stainless fireplace/oven and the small deck that serves as an outdoor kitchen with a view to the sea. Glass stair balustrades and cantilevered decks create satisfying forms and proportion.

On such a small site you have created a home that is so spacious and generous. The end result has exceeded our expectations. After living here for three months, there is absolutely nothing we would change” J Loughlin
