This project is a three-storey house for a family of four on a small urban site near the beach. Our clients asked for top floor living with a small deck to gain sea views over lower houses in front. The budget required innovative material use and simple construction - these have been turned to advantage with 'funky' strong patterns and contrasting colours and materials.
