A refreshing Mediterranean-style home has been created with a two-storey refurbishment and extension on this Papamoa beachfront site.

The site, virtually a continuation of the sand dunes, provided us with the inspiration for the new home. We refurbished the existing bach, to utilise existing use rights, and added an extensive extension.
