Situated on the beachfront, this property was not taking advantage of the view or outdoor living aspects.  We designed our clients a luxurious deck and Louvretec canopy so they could utilise the site to its full potential.

Whilst adding the deck we also re-clad the existing house to regenerate the structure, creating a modern beach house with minimal cost.  The large amounts of glazing, including on the balustrade, now allow the occupants an uninterrupted view of the horizon and ocean from their living room.
