Situated on a breathtaking beachfront site, this two-storey four-bedroom home has a fantastic outlook to the ocean.

The design utilises 'existing use' rights to keep the clients proximity to the beach and is oriented to maximise internal vistas and privacy from the neighbours.

Fantastic! A great home with style and practicality. We have added happiness to daily life by living in a house that functions exactly as planned – love it.” Darryl & Carmen McConnell

Its main feature is a courtyard design which allows light, sun and air into the depths of the house whilst providing shelter from the onshore winds.

The house has been designed to open up to the elements providing comfortable indoor/outdoor living.
