OUR PROJECT BRIEF:
Extend existing two older flats into two four-bedroom apartments with new deck areas, separate entries and larger garaging. The building needed simplification aesthetically as it was a jumble of different arbitrary shapes. Capturing the views was paramount & achieving privacy between the two households. Materials include plasterbrick cladding, hardwood decking, and cantilever glass balustrades.
