The brief was complex as it required adding to the existing rowing club for a range of uses. Large new boat storage was required on the ground floor. The upper floor is to become a multi-use space to include rowing gym, recreation areas, toilets/shower rooms, kitchen, offices and viewing spaces. The existing changing rooms, storage and access from these to the main entry were also redesigned.
