Our project brief was to create appraisal drawings for a three-storey mixed use development comprising of ground floor retail and parking space, first floor office space, and second floor apartments. The construction methodology includes steel portal frames with inter-tenancy concrete partitions and a large 3 degree coil coated steel roof.
