This is an eight unit multi-purpose industrial/commercial development complex.  The upper floors are for storage and office use.  The central part of the building has high glazing to the ceiling under a “gull-wing” roof”. The units all have 5-6 metre high doors matching the aluminium joinery and are framed by a continuous eave and wing walls.

The project utilises residential glazing and tilt slab construction.  Each unit has the potential for a mezzanine office space.  Other features include the striking roofline and large glass areas.
