Our project brief was to create two apartments over three retail spaces. The apartments are entered through a triple height foyer and each has private decks overlooking a new park.

The retail spaces are highly visible from the centre of the township due to the entry forecourt and canopy. The forecourt allows onsite parking and maximised signage area. “Beachy” materials to be used include exposed shell & stone aggregate concrete and a timber soffit for the canopy.  The apartments are clad in Linea and hardwood battens.
