Situated right on the beach, this project features walls that open up to the outside and long vistas right through the apartments to the stunning views. Outside living is achieved nearly all year round. Larger than usual glass areas mean the deck space feels extended and adds to the size of the rooms.

Living at the beach is a realistic goal now for many people. This five-apartment development project takes a bold approach and successfully achieves what is needed for beach living - getting up high to see far out to sea and 'lifting -the- back-yard- up' so there is still outside space.

Sheltered courtyards provide a private area for sunbathing away from the onshore breezes.  Lying in the sun with a book becomes the norm rather than being buffeted by the wind and needing to take shelter inside.

The interior features overlay timber floors, stained ply ceilings and raw plastered block-work. Other features include the glass ceiling entry lobby, built-in spa and pool courtyard.

Apartments don’t have to feel impersonal or disconnected from the great outdoors. This project seriously aims to improve quality of life, giving security, no lawns to mow and a great location - without the disadvantages often associated with higher density living. More privacy, light, sun and indoor/outdoor flows are achieved than in most houses. These apartments aim to be leaders in a new urban beach approach to living.
