Situated on the ocean and close to the Mount this three-storey, 27 apartment development, with communal pool and gardens, was proposed for Marine Parade in 2002.

Developers often approach us to carry out Feasibility/Due Diligence Studies for sites they are planning to purchase.  We offer a range of services from Site Appraisals/Investigations to full sketch designs and 3D visuals for the purpose of selling properties from plan. This particular site offered the opportunity for a fantastic return - a real developers dream.

Although this project was not pursued due to perceived market fluctuations at the time, it is significant in its approach to  maximising site use.  The apartments were designed for maximum investment return to the developer, livability and strong, simple visual appeal.
