This project includes two duplex townhouses and one separate freestanding townhouse. The land and building costs are reduced by sharing the site and using modular wall panels to support floors and roof. The aesthetic look and feel is not compromised and is actually enhanced by use of 'butterfly' open roofs and quality modern materials.
